Grading from Singapore
PSA bills in US dollars no matter where you send from, which is the part that catches people out. A tier that reads as a manageable number in USD is a different decision once it is converted, and the conversion happens twice — once on the fee, once on the card you are hoping to sell.
Below is what each open service level costs per card today. Shipping and insurance in both directions sit on top, and they are the line most submissions underestimate from this side of the world.

PSA fees read August 2026; conversion at reference rates from 2026-08-24. Indicative, not a quote — your bank’s rate will differ, and PSA’s Value tiers are paused for new trading card submissions. Cards declared above $10,000 go to the Premium levels, which start at $999 per card.

A lot of Singapore’s secondary market runs on Carousell, with shop counters and show tables taking the rest. That matters for pricing rather than for convenience: eBay leaves a public record of what each card sold for, and Carousell largely does not, so there is no local sold-price history to read back.
A local asking price and an international sold price are two different numbers, and only one of them is evidence.
Checking a price
