How do I scan a card?
Open the Scan tab and point your camera at the card. Identify mode reads it on your phone and shows its prices.
How do I check a card’s grade?
In the Scan tab, switch to Grading. The free Standard grade measures centering from your photo. Pro grading, part of Legendary, adds corners, edges and surface.
How do I scan a case of graded slabs?
In the Scan tab, switch to PSA and choose Showcase, then hold the shutter over the case: every slab in view is read and priced. Single reads one slab per tap. Slab scanning is part of Legendary.
How do I track my collection?
Everything you add lands in the Vault tab, with cost basis, a binder view and a watchlist. The Vault is free.
How do I import my collection from another app?
Export a CSV from ManaBox, Delver Lens, Collectr or CollX, then in the Vault open the menu and choose Import collection. BankTCG detects the format and matches each row to a card so you can review before anything is added. Import guides
How do I list cards on eBay?
In the Vault, open a card’s menu and choose Sell on eBay, or select several cards and tap List on eBay. You can review each listing before it posts.
What does Legendary include?
Legendary is US$3.99 a month or US$29.99 a year: 500 scans and grades a month, slab scanning, Pro grading, recent eBay sold prices and PSA population reports, among others. The free plan keeps unlimited quick identification, Standard grading and the Vault.
Where is BankTCG made?
BankTCG is built in Australia and Singapore by TCG collectors. Prices, trade shows and the shop map cover both regions first, and we’re the ones answering support email.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings and tap Delete Account at the bottom. This permanently deletes your account and its data, and can’t be undone.
